How Does the Impact Sprinkler Use?
During sprinkler irrigation, the water jet from the nozzle shoots onto the water guide plate of the front end of the rocker arm, and the reaction force of the water jet causes the rocker chamber to gain kinetic energy and swing counterclockwise. When the rocker arm swings, it rotates around the rocker arm shaft, causing the rocker arm spring to twist and generate torque.
When the rocker arm swings to the end point, the rocker arm spring obtains a large torque. At this point, the rocker arm stops rotating counterclockwise. Under the action of the spring torque, the rocker arm begins to swing back and accelerates clockwise rotation. When the water guide of the rocker arm cuts into the water flow, the deflector first receives the impact of the water flow, and the reaction force generated accelerates the rocker arm to swing back.
Under the combined action of the inertia moment of the swing back and the reaction force of the water flow on the deflector, the rocker arm collides with the striking block of the nozzle body at a high angular velocity, causing the nozzle to rotate clockwise by 3 to 5 degrees. After the collision, the rocker arm is swayed again under the action of water flow, repeating the above rotating motion process to drive the nozzle to move intermittently and spray water.
