Box Body: Generally, it is in the shape of a cuboid or a cylinder, with a certain depth and volume to accommodate devices such as valves and pipe fittings. The wall thickness of the box body varies according to different usage requirements and strength standards, usually around 3 - 5 millimeters.

Box Cover: It is connected to the box body through hinges or buckles, allowing for easy opening and closing. There is usually a handle or puller on the box cover for convenient operation. Some box covers are also equipped with sealing rubber rings to enhance the sealing performance of the box body, preventing rainwater, soil, etc. from entering the box.

Mounting Holes: Both the box body and the box cover are provided with mounting holes for fixing the valve box to the ground or wall. The size and number of the mounting holes depend on the size and weight of the valve box. Generally, expansion bolts or screws are used for fixing.

 

The choice of its size mainly depends on factors such as the size and quantity of the installed valves and the layout of the pipe fittings.
