Product Description
Rainirri Heavy Duty Garden Irrigation Equipment Fixed Angle Pop Up Stream Sprinkler Heads for Landscape
Working Principle
Pressure-driven: When water is transported to the sprinkler through the pipeline, the special structure inside the sprinkler will use the water pressure to accelerate and guide the water flow, making the water flow spray out at a certain speed and angle.
Ray Formation: The design inside the sprinkler makes the water flow form a ray-shaped water pattern when it is ejected. This water pattern can spray water relatively concentratedly within a certain area, achieving precise irrigation.

Characteristics
Fixed Spraying Angle: It can only spray according to the pre-set angle, such as 90°, 180°, etc., and cannot be adjusted during use.
Ray-shaped Spraying: The ejected water is in the shape of a ray. Compared with the scattering-type sprinkler, the water spraying is more directional and concentrated, which can cover a specific area more accurately and reduce water waste.
Stable Range and Flow Rate: Under certain pressure conditions, the range and flow rate of the fixed-angle ray sprinkler are relatively stable. Different ranges and flow rate options can be provided according to different sprinkler models and specifications to meet the needs of different irrigation areas.
High Irrigation Uniformity: Through reasonable layout and design, the sprinkler can achieve relatively uniform irrigation within its coverage area, ensuring that plants receive sufficient and uniform water supply, which is helpful for the growth and development of plants.
Strong Wind Resistance: The ray-shaped water flow is relatively concentrated and is less affected by the wind. To a certain extent, it can reduce the drift and scattering of water caused by the wind and improve the irrigation efficiency. It is especially suitable for areas with strong winds.
The adjustable stream spray nozzle is suitable for a variety of irrigation scenarios, including courtyard gardens, public green spaces, agricultural orchards, etc. In a courtyard garden, according to the layout and water requirements of different plants such as flowers and lawns, the spray angle and range of the sprinkler can be flexibly adjusted to achieve precise irrigation. In public green spaces, it can adapt to greening areas of different shapes and sizes to ensure the irrigation effect. In agricultural orchards, the parameters of the sprinkler can be adjusted according to the planting spacing and row spacing of fruit trees, and the water can be accurately sprayed onto the roots of the fruit trees, improving irrigation efficiency and saving water resources.
Selection and Installation
Selection: According to the size, shape and terrain of the irrigation area, select sprinklers with appropriate ranges and spraying angles; consider the water source pressure and flow rate to ensure that the sprinklers can operate under normal working pressure to achieve the expected spraying effect; according to the irrigation objects and environmental conditions, such as plant types, soil types, wind force, etc., select sprinklers with corresponding characteristics, such as those with good wind resistance and suitable water droplet sizes.
Installation: Before installation, flush the pipeline system to remove debris and dirt inside the pipeline to prevent blocking the sprinklers; arrange and install the sprinklers according to the design requirements to ensure that the installation positions of the sprinklers are accurate and the spraying angles meet the design requirements; when connecting the sprinklers to the pipeline, pay attention to the sealing to prevent water leakage.
Maintenance and Upkeep
Regular Inspection: Regularly check the working status of the sprinklers, including whether the spraying angle, range, flow rate, etc. are normal, and make adjustments or repairs in a timely manner if there are any abnormalities.
Clean the Sprinklers: Regularly clean the nozzles and filters of the sprinklers to remove debris, sediment, scale, etc. that block them to ensure the normal water spraying of the sprinklers. A soft brush or clean water can be used for cleaning, and avoid using hard objects to damage the sprinklers.
Inspect the Pipeline System: Check whether there are any problems such as water leakage and damage in the pipeline system, and repair the discovered problems in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the entire irrigation system.
Winter Maintenance: In cold areas in winter, it is necessary to drain the water from the sprinklers and pipeline system or take heat preservation measures before the arrival of winter to prevent the water from freezing in the pipeline and sprinklers, causing damage to the sprinklers and pipelines.
