The rectangular scattering sprinkler is a type of irrigation sprinkler commonly used in specific scenarios. The following is a brief introduction to it:

Structural Features

  • It usually has a unique rectangular sprinkler body design, which helps it achieve a specific spraying pattern and coverage area. The material of the sprinkler is generally corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics or metal alloys to ensure long-term stable use under different environmental conditions.

  • There is a precise water flow distribution device and nozzle structure inside the sprinkler, which can evenly disperse the water flow entering the sprinkler into a rectangular spraying area, achieving relatively accurate irrigation.

Working Principle

  • Based on the pressure-driven principle, when the water flow with a certain pressure enters the sprinkler, the water flow passes through the specially designed guiding and shunting devices in the flow channels inside the sprinkler, adjusting the direction and speed of the water flow.

Installation and Maintenance

    • Installation: When installing, the spacing of the sprinklers needs to be determined according to the plant type and soil characteristics. Generally, the coverage radius is between 3-6 meters. It is necessary to ensure that the sprinklers are installed horizontally to avoid uneven spraying caused by installation tilt.

    • Maintenance: Regularly clean the impurities in the nozzles to prevent blockage. Check the tightness of the sprinklers and see if there is any water leakage. In the non-irrigation season, it is recommended to carry out drainage and anti-freezing treatment on the sprinklers to extend the service life of the sprinklers.
